Antenatal And Postnatal Exercise

Antenatal Exercise:-Preparation of childbirth Antenatal exercise during pregnancy for normal childbirth in all trimesters. Low risk of an injury during labor and preventing pregnancy induced pathologies.
Postnatal Exercise:- These are the exercises carried out following child birth. It helps you to tone up abdominal muscles, prevent low back pain. We can do this after 24 hours of delivery (childbirth). It is helpful in recovering and strengthening pelvic floor muscles after child birth.
